1. About Us

Tyre Rescue Scotland provides mobile tyre fitting, puncture repairs, roadside assistance, jump starts, vehicle recovery and transport services throughout Glasgow, Ayrshire, Renfrewshire and surrounding areas.

2. Service Availability

Our services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, subject to vehicle availability, weather conditions, road access and operational circumstances. Response times are estimated and may vary depending on traffic, distance, weather and demand.

3. Call-Outs & Bookings

By requesting our services, you confirm that:

  • You are authorised to request assistance for the vehicle
  • The information provided is accurate and complete
  • The vehicle location is safe and accessible
  • You will remain available by telephone during the service process

We reserve the right to refuse service where conditions are unsafe, inaccessible or outside our operating capabilities.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to vehicle type, tyre size, service location, time of call-out and parts required. Quotations provided over the phone or online are estimates and may change if additional work or materials are required.

Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept approved payment methods as advised at the time of booking.

5. Tyre Supply & Repairs

Tyre Rescue Scotland supplies and fits tyres suitable for a wide range of vehicles and manufacturers. While we aim to provide the requested tyre brand or specification, availability may vary depending on stock and supplier access.

Puncture repairs are carried out only where the tyre meets current safety standards and repair guidelines. If a tyre is deemed unsafe or unrepairable, replacement will be recommended.

6. Roadside Assistance & Recovery

Our roadside assistance and recovery services are intended to provide emergency support and vehicle transportation where required. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control including traffic conditions, weather, road closures or emergency situations.

Customers are responsible for removing personal belongings from the vehicle before transport. Tyre Rescue Scotland accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal items left inside vehicles.

7. Vehicle Transport

Vehicles transported by Tyre Rescue Scotland must be legally owned or authorised by the customer requesting the service. We reserve the right to request proof of ownership or identification where necessary.

Customers must advise us of any known vehicle issues including lowered suspension, steering faults, brake issues or accident damage before transportation.

8. Cancellations

Cancellation charges may apply where:

  • A technician has already been dispatched
  • The customer is not present at the agreed location
  • Incorrect information has been provided
  • The service is cancelled after work has commenced

Any applicable cancellation fees will be advised at the time of cancellation.

9. Liability

While we take every care during recovery, tyre fitting and vehicle transport, Tyre Rescue Scotland shall not be held liable for:

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage
  • Mechanical or electrical failures unrelated to our service
  • Delays beyond our reasonable control
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Loss of earnings or business interruption

Nothing within these Terms and Conditions limits liability where prohibited by law.
